We are loving the sound of this Crispy Chicken, Mozzarella and Avocado Burger with Lemon Mayo – yum! http://simply-delicious-food.com/crispy-chicken-mozzarella-and-avocado-burgers-with-lemon-mayo/

Bacon and Cheese Corned Beef Burger with Guinness Caramelized Onions and a Fried Egg 800 5102

This is one hell of a burger! Bacon and Cheese Corned Beef Burger with Guinness Caramelized Onions and Fried Egg – not for the faint hearted!! http://www.closetcooking.com/2016/03/bacon-and-cheese-corned-beef-burgers.html

How about something more sophisticated? We think this Mexican Chorizo and Garlic Shrimp Burger with Paprika Mayo fits the bill.

A lighter, healthier alternative perhaps? Then how about this Spicy Fish Burger with Chilli Mayo? http://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/spicy-fish-burger-with-chilli-mayo/10084.html

The moniker Cheeseburger means something totally different when it comes to this Halloumi and Stick Chilli offering – love it!

Another sophisticate serving and a mix of two flavours which are a match made in Heaven – Lamb and Mint. Granted there is a covering of Feta and Yoghurt but it all adds to the flavour…

Last but not least a Veggie Delight- Spicy Chickpea, Jalapeno and Zucchini (that’s Courgette to us brits!) mix it up!  http://peasandcrayons.com/2016/05/spicy-chickpea-veggie-burgers-jalapeno-zucchini-recipe.html
